Julia is an illustrator, art director, stop-motion animator, potter, and all around maker. Her work includes integrating unique illustration styles into visual systems across large tech companies, small businesses and education. She worked on an illustration branding team at Facebook, was part of an all women creative studio in Berkeley and as an art director for illustration at Airbnb. After working freelance with different clients and brands for a couple years, Julia now works in house as an illustrator and animator at Lyra Health.
Julia has a fierce love for nature, where she draws most of her inspiration, and has a deep desire to find meaningful ways to share that with the world. She aims to capture the power of simplicity in everything she creates.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Julia currently lives in Oakland, California.
